Upon termination for cause, powermaxwin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, subject to applicable Philippine law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the powermaxwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
